How are orders shipped?
All orders will be shipped via USPS
When will my order be shipped? When will i receive my merchandise?
Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours after we have received your payment. (Excluding Holidays and weekends). Shipping takes 3-7 Business days.
Can I track my order?
All Orders will have a tracking number which we will email to you after your merchandise is shipped. You may check the status of your order on the bottom of our site where it says "Track your order"
For International Orders, please email us at Shannon@dorisapparel.com before you order, We will quote you on shipping.
RETURN POLICY
- Returns/exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the day you've received.
- you are responsible for the shipping fees in the process of returning/exchanging the merchandise.
- You may not return or exchange: sale items, jewelry, sunglasses, Bags/Purses, Any Accessory items and Vintage Items.(unless the product was damaged or the wrong item was shipped).
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box with out damage to the box.
- Please Email us prior to your return and tell us that you are sending your merchandise back for a refund/return.
- Once your return merchandise is processed your credit card will be refunded for the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charges incurred.
- Once we refund you it will take up to 2 weeks for your refund to show up on your credit card.
Exchange
How do I make an exchange?
Prior to returning your merchandise, please email us stating what you would like to exchange your merchandise for(please include the item number) and the problem that you encountered with your merchandise you received, and as soon as we receive your returned merchandise we will send out your new item.
